Our Privacy Promise

The shop cannot see your account. House of Cards & Collectibles has no way to see your cards, what you paid, your wish list, your email address or anything else in your account. Shop staff only post deals and update the shop's info. If you want to talk to the shop, you contact them yourself with the Call, Text and Email buttons.

What the app saves

Your Google sign-in: your email address, name and profile picture, so the app knows which collection is yours.
Your collection: the cards, slabs, sealed product, games, checklists and notes you add.
Lookup counters: how many card lookups you made today, so nobody can overload the app. They're deleted after two days.
A share link, only if you make one. You can turn it off any time from Your Account.

If you don't sign in, your collection stays only on your own device and is never sent to us.

When an account is deleted, we keep only its email address and the time, so it stays signed out on every other device. Nothing else is kept.

Who can see it

You. Only you, signed in with your Google account.
People you share a link with. They see a view-only copy with your first name, never what you paid, cert numbers or notes.
The shop: no. Shop admins see one number, how many accounts exist, and nothing about any of them.
The app's technical maintainer can reach the database only to keep the app running, fix problems and make backups. They will not look through or share your collection.

Card photos and price lookups

When you scan a card, the photo is sent to our AI service (Cloudflare Workers AI) to read the card's name and number. The photo is not saved. Prices come from public card databases and price guides. Your account details are never sent with these lookups.

What we never do

We never sell or rent your information.
We never show ads or use ad trackers.
We never email or text you. The shop posts deals inside the app only.

The app uses one cookie, to keep you signed in. It also saves a copy of your collection and a few settings on your device, like which deals you've already seen. Signing out removes your collection from that device.

Deleting your account

Open the app, tap your account button at the top, then tap Delete my account and saved collection. Your collection, share link and lookup counters are erased for good, and you're signed out on your other phones and tablets too. The copy on those devices is removed the next time they open the app. Tip: tap Backup on the My Cards page first if you might want it back.

If you're under 13, please ask a parent before making an account.
